Purnamasidi v. Ichiban Japanese Restaurant

November 2010 - The federal court judge has granted plainitffs' motion to conditionally certify the case as a collective action.

On March 25, 2010, we filed a Class Action and a Collective Action
Lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey
entitled Purnamasidi v. Ichiban Japanese Restaurant, Harry International of New Jersey, Inc., et al.  The lawsuit alleges violations of the Federal Fair
